Here are the ways we connect adults to our youth ministry...

Wednesday Nights - Small Group Leader (men and women needed) On Wednesdays, students attend a teenager-friendly worship service, small group time, and recreation time. Topics focus on relevant issues from school, home and friends to the Bible for answers. Adult leaders facilitate small groups following the message given during worship. Small groups are made up of guys and girls of similar grade levels.

Wednesday Night Recreation Organizer - Organize recreation time for our students. Zion has a Game Room equipped with foosball, ping pong, free throw basketball, video games. Half court gym is available and an outdoor field across the street.

Sunday Morning Sunday School Leader - Sundays start with donuts and recreation time in the Game Room, then break into groups for study.

Sunday School Hospitality Provider ("The Donut Person!") - Each week students are given free donuts to welcome them into Zion and wake them up in the morning! Be the one who picks up and sets up donuts at 10:30 am. Reimbursements provided.

Random Acts of Kindness Tuesday Morning Adult Leader - Supervise service projects during the summer. Particularly needed: drivers of personal vehicles and/or LSUMC shuttle buses (training provided).

Surge for New 7th Graders - Wednesdays, 4:30-6 pm, Adult Leader -- Students transitioning from 6th grade into junior high (7th) have a special activity dedicated to them each summer to make the transition smoother! Help supervise SURGE in June and July.
