Ground Rules for Mission Trips, Camps, Retreats
1. Be respectful of yourself, the people, facilities, leaders, and staff.
2. Do not leave the group's location for any reason without staff permission.
3. On trips, do not use personal electronic devices during the event, including cell phones, iPods, CD players, video games, radios, personal DVD players. Use of these items is permitted only during bus rides. These items will be held and returned to you at the conclusion of the trip. Music and movies must be approved by staff.
4. Make memories and spend lots of time building godly relationships!
5. Be where you're supposed to be, when you're supposed to be there! Participate in all activities during the retreat. You must be present at all meal times, meeting times and services.
6. Turn in all medications (Epi pens and inhalers are exceptions).
7. No Purple. Blue is for boys. Pink is for girls. And together ... Blue + Pink = Purple. This rule simply states that guys and gals will not do more than holding hands; if the line of "purple" is crossed, you will call your parental units.
Automatic Send-Home Violations (When you call your parents and tell them why you are being sent home at their expense):
1. Ladies are not to be in guy's sleeping area, or guys in ladies' sleeping area at any time.
2. You are out after lights out. Lights out means lights out.
3. No tobacco, drugs, alcohol or weapons of any kind.
