Purpose Driven Youth Ministry

In Zion Student Ministries, we operate from the Purpose-Driven ministry philosophy. This means that everything we do in Zion revolves around the five purposes of outreach, worship, discipleship, fellowship, and service.

We strive to give students experiences that bring these five purposes to life. We teach this lifestyle to our students as it is a model of what it means to be a follower of Jesus. The "Fish," or ichthus, gives a visual image of what the Christian life looks like when a believer comes into the church through outreach, is nurtured through worship, fellowship and discipleship, and goes out into the world in service to Christ and others.

Here's the GOAL: By the time your student graduates from high school, we want them to have the knowledge of Jesus Christ as their Savior, worship God with their lives, and be living out their faith in their presence at church, their prayer life, through regular study of the Bible, and showing their commitment to Christ as a light through their service and outreach to the world.
